• Optical Design: LPI - USA and LPI - Europe
  LPI has world-class R&D and Design facilities in both USA and Europe, capable of conducting optical and light-engine design solutions to complex lighting and signaling problems, utilizing solid-state as well as conventional light sources. The Company has a wide range of design and simulation tools, including proprietary as well as commercial software packages that can generate, model, and evaluate a wide variety of pathways to effective customer solutions. A phased project approach gives the customer's management more input opportunities before resources are committed.

• Prototyping, Insert Fabrication & Lens Injection Molding: LPIPO - Hong Kong
  The LPI team is bolstered by its advanced prototype manufacturing facility, which includes a five-axis diamond turning capability. In most cases, prototypes embodying proposed solutions can be produced within 30 days after engagement. The Prototyping Lab is capable of producing not only manufacturing tooling and sophisticated prototypes, but also short runs of machined and molded parts. Through joint ventures with mold makers and injector molders, LPIPO can also provide tooling and large-scale injection molding of plastic optics, which enables its IP to be protected from the patent all the way to the part.

• PC Board & Driver Manufacturing: Light Engine LTD - Hong Kong/China
  Through Light Engine, LPI is able to offer its customers the manufacturing of PC Boards and other light engine electronic components and their subsequent assembly, in a world-class environment (ISO 9001), with close product integration, and at competitive costs.

• Specialty LED Devices with Primary Optics: COTCO - Hong Kong/China
  Through COTCO, LPI is able to provide its customers a wide range of specialty LEDs that incorporate primary optics (typically designed by LPI) for a wide range of applications.

• Product Integration and Switch-Mode Power Supply Mfg.: Epilight - Hong Kong
  Final product integration, drawings, fabrication and packaging are available via Epilight Technology Ltd. The key advantage here is speed of prototyping and quick first-to-market manufacturing and product release.
