Optical Device for Repositioning and Redistributing an LED's light

This invention relates to light-emitting diodes (LEDs), particularly optical means for substituting white LEDs for incandescent and fluorescent light bulbs. The present invention advantageously addresses this and other needs by providing an optical device for an LED-based light-bulb substitute, with preferred embodiments substituting for both incandescent and fluorescent lamps.
