Our Team

LPI´s Design and R&D group includes some of the most prominent talent in the fields of Nonimaging Optics with applications in Solid State Illumination and Concentrated Photovoltaics. These experienced optical scientists, combined with its extensive fabrication know-how, make LPI uniquely capable of conducting developmental projects with minimum time-to-market.

The LPI management team consists of a group of highly qualified experts with international reputation in the optics fields, both in the US as well as in Europe. The list on the right shows some of these team members. To learn more about a particular team member, click on the name.

The company"s human assets are based on a large group of professionals in the design, prototyping,mold fabrication and mass production phases of a typical project. The scientific group consists of engineers and physicists with training in Optical Sciences, mostly at the PhD level. Additionally, a professional project manager is assigned to each project to listen to the customer and to formulate a Statement of Requirments (SOR) in order to accurately define the tasks to be accomplished via a Statement of Work (SOW).
